We share information with:
Service providers/processors. We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising on our marketing pages where permitted and subject to your choices (see Your Privacy Choices).
6) International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When transferring personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, and technical measures). You may request a copy of relevant transfer mechanisms where legally permitted.
7) Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical examples:
Account data. For the life of the account + a reasonable period after closure for backups/audit.
Billing records. Retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
Support tickets. Retained for quality, training, and dispute resolution.
Store data (processor). Retained according to your instructions and for backup integrity. Upon termination, we follow deletion schedules subject to legal holds and backups.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation, monitoring, regular patches/backups). However, no system is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords, enable available security features, and promptly notify us of suspected issues.

9.2 Marketing communications
You can opt out of promotional emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in messages or contacting us. You will still receive transactional/service emails.
